Shipping

We are thrilled to say we offer FREE postage within the UK for orders over £50 and we ship internationally! Free international shipping is available for orders over £250!

 

Postage Costs:  (If order total is under £50 for UK and under £250 for rest of world.)

UK: £2

Ireland, France, Germany, Monaco, Denmark: £5

Europe: £8

North / South America & Canada: £12

Oceana: £14

 

Orders that include 'in stock' and 'ready to ship' products will be dispatched within 3 working days. Orders containing ready to ship items combined with pre orders will all be shipped together.

Pre orders will be shipped once the items have been received by us. The approximate lead time will be specified on the item page however we strive to have pre order items shipped as soon as possible.

International shipping time depends entirely on the country and method chosen, however on average takes approximately 5 days to 2 weeks to be delivered.

If your package has not arrived after a prolonged period of time after shipment confirmation, please get in contact your local post office and supply the tracking number for more information, and if they cannot help, we will do our best to help with the situation so you can message us to: contact@ribbon-rose.co.uk.

  

Returns

We want you to be blissfully in love with your purchase! However as a family of perfectionists ourselves; we understand that sometimes things aren’t quite right. So we want you to feel relieved knowing you are entitled to return your purchase for a refund!

If you are not happy with your order and wish to return an item, please carefully read the following: 

When you are ready to start your return, please read the return regulations below, then use the contact form or the email below to start the return process and receive the return address.

 

*PLEASE KINDLY NOTE THE FOLLOWING BEFORE RETURNING*

The item must be packaged up in the original packaging, in it's original condition with all tags attached and invoices/receipts included.

All returns must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery.

- Return postage will be the responsibility of the customer. We are based in the UK.

- A restocking fee of 12% will be charged per item returned.

- Items returned in a condition that is not deemed fit for restock (this includes items that are marked, stained, dirty, torn, used, without tags etc.) will not receive a full refund. A charge of 50% of the item price will be taken and the rest refunded OR the item will be posted back to you and no refund issued depending on the severity of the situation.

- SALE items are not eligible for refunds but can be issued store credit to use on other lovely products at our boutique.

- Final Sale items cannot be returned nor refunded.

- Items returned to us after the 14 day window will not be accepted.

Without proof of receipt / delivery confirmation, the items are at the responsibility of the customer until it reaches us.

- Refunds can take up to 10 working days after receipt of the item to be refunded back to the original payment method.

Shipping costs and international customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer.

In the unlikely event you have received a wrong item or their is something wrong with your order, please contact us directly via our contact form or to contact@ribbon-rose.co.uk in order within 48 hours of receiving the item to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
