Some frequently asked questions that may help your experience shopping with us!

 

Pre Order Information:

As we have recently started our shop, and in an effort to keep waste and overstock to a minimum and protect the environment, we offer pre orders to allow those who wish to purchase our creations; pieces that will be made especially for you!

 

How long do Pre Orders take to ship?

Pre orders can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months to fulfil. (2 months being the maximum). Each pre-order item has an estimated shipping time frame listed on the product page. Because of unforeseen production delays, we cannot always guarantee items will ship in that time frame, but we will do everything in our power to make sure you get your item in a timely fashion. If delays are severe, we will contact you to see if you’d like to keep the delayed pre-order or if you’d like a refund. However we aim to get the pre ordered pieces made, shipped and delivered to you as soon as possible within that period.

If you place an order with items that are in stock and items that are selling as pre order together, we will ship items together when the pre order item has arrived.

 

Do you accept returns on pre ordered items?

Yes. If you are not happy with your item you can return it for a refund. For more information please visit our Return and Refund section of our website.

 

Reserve Now, Pay Later!

Our ‘Reserve Now, Pay Later’ is an option where you can ensure you reserve one of our extremely limited items by pre order and pay later before it ships or at your convenience in the following month.

 

By reserving an item(s) with a deposit, you are accepting the following terms:

1. You understand that the initial deposit is a NON REFUNDABLE payment that ensures you secure an item(s). This payment will class as a pre order and pre orders are unable to be changed once received.

2. If you wish to cancel the pre order, you are welcome to however the initial deposit amount is non refundable. Please contact us via the contact form to cancel a reservation.

3. The remaining balance will be required within the next month and a half (6 weeks). You will receive a bill for the remaining amount to pay off as and when you wish within the next month and a half. Which allows you to plan and schedule payments at your convenience!

4. You are entitled to return your order if you are not happy with it. Please read our Returns policy. Click HERE to read about our shipping and return policy.

5. If you use a code at checkout for any current offers, the code will be applied to your order total.

6. If you do not complete payment within the 6 weeks provided to settle the remaining balance, the order will be cancelled and your deposit will not be refunded. We will be sure to email you to remind you of time remaining to pay your balance.

 

How do I know my order has gone through?

Once your order has been successfully placed, you should receive a confirmation email to your inbox. If you cannot find it, it may have landed in your junk/spam box. 

 

Can I cancel an order after placing it?

Unfortunately we cannot cancel orders once they have been placed, but if you are not happy with the items you can return them.

 

I want to add another item to my order, can I do this?

Yes, you can add an item to your order. please contact us via the contact form or at contact@ribbon-rose.co.uk with your order number and let us know which item you'd like to add. Please don't forget to specify the size and colour. We will add it to your order, and bill you for the outstanding amount. You will have 3 full days to complete the payment and your new order will be confirmed.

 

I received an item thats too big/small. Can I exchange sizes?

We do not currently offer exchanges. Sizing has been meticulously checked and specific measurements for each product can be found on the product pages. So please check the measurements carefully and measure yourself to be sure before ordering to ensure the correct size. If you are not happy with the item, you can always return it for a gift card or refund.

 

I have received a faulty item, what should I do?

Each item is carefully checked and packaged before shipping to ensure a happy experience. However, in the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, please contact us via the contact form or email us at contact@ribbon-rose.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving your purchase.

Yes! Great care, time and consideration was taken to select a manufacturer that is fully SGS verified and is certified in offering ethical trading and working standards for staff.
